Short version — we only collect what you give us, we don't sell it, and we'll delete it the moment you ask.

When you apply for a Launchpad, we collect the information you submit through our form: your name, business name, and email address. We also collect standard website data — IP address, browser type, referring URL, and UTM parameters — through our analytics and advertising tools.
2. Analytics & Advertising
This site uses the following third-party services:
- Meta Pixel — measures ad performance and retargets visitors on Facebook and Instagram.
- Google Analytics — anonymized traffic and behavior measurement.
These tools place cookies on your device. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or opt out of Meta ads through your Facebook Ad Preferences.
3. How We Use It
- To respond to your application and deliver the Launchpad service.
- To send occasional project-related updates — never marketing blasts.
- To measure ad performance and improve this site.
4. What We Don't Do
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your information to any third party. Ever. Your contact details stay inside Growth With Honcho unless the law compels disclosure.
5. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email ulrickpierrejr@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and we will respond within 7 business days.
6. Data Retention
Application submissions are retained for up to 3 years for accounting and follow-up purposes. Analytics data follows Google's and Meta's default retention policies.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the Effective date above and notify applicants by email where appropriate.
