Terms of Service

The Honest Terms.

No fine print. No lawyer-speak loopholes. Here's exactly what you get, what you pay, and what happens if either of us isn't happy.

1. The Service

"Launchpad" is a one-time, done-for-you landing page service delivered by Growth With Honcho. For the flat fee of $297 USD, you receive:

• A custom landing page designed around your offer, audience, and voice.
• Mobile-first responsive design.
• Direct-response copywriting.
• Contact form and click-to-call setup.
• Meta Pixel and Google Analytics integration.
• One round of revisions after launch.

2. Timeline

Your page goes live within seven (7) business days of the day you submit your intake information. Delays caused by missing assets from you (logo, photos, copy, or final approval) are excluded from this timeline.

3. Payment

$297 is payable in full before work begins. We accept major credit/debit cards and Stripe-supported payment methods. No subscriptions, no recurring charges, no hidden fees.

4. The Guarantee

We will revise your page — within the original scope — until you are satisfied. If after a reasonable revision process you are still not satisfied, you may request a full refund of the $297 within 14 days of initial delivery. Refund requests must be submitted by email.

5. Ownership

Once payment is complete and the project is delivered, you own the landing page — the code, copy, and design assets — in perpetuity. Growth With Honcho retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

6. Hosting

Hosting is not included in the $297 fee and is billed separately if you ask us to host the page for you. You are free to host the page on any provider of your choice; we will deliver the files in a portable, standards-compliant format.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, assets, and final approval in a timely manner.
• Ensure you hold the rights to any photos, logos, or copy you provide us.
• Comply with advertising platform policies (Meta, Google) for any content we publish on your behalf.

8. Limitation of Liability

Growth With Honcho makes no guarantee of specific business results — leads, sales, or revenue figures. Conversion performance depends on factors outside our control, including traffic source, offer strength, and market conditions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the $297 paid for the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute arising from this agreement will be resolved in Polk County, Florida.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version, marked with its Effective date above, applies to new engagements. Active projects are governed by the terms in effect at the time of payment.
